Relationships That Move You Forward

Ecclesiastes 4:9–12“Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9 (KJV).
Ecclesiastes describes the benefits of companionship. When one person falls, another can help. Shared labour, support, and protection are gifts that solitary effort cannot always provide.
In a season of divine acceleration, healthy relationships can help you grow with stability. God often strengthens us through people who encourage, advise, correct, and work alongside us. Independence becomes costly when it prevents us from receiving needed help.
Choose relationships marked by truth, respect, and faithful character. Seek people who can celebrate your progress and also challenge an unwise decision. Flattery may feel pleasant, but honest counsel can protect your future.
Be the kind of companion you hope to find. Keep your promises, listen carefully, and offer practical support. Do not approach people only for what they can do for you. Christian love treats them as persons to honour, not instruments for advancement.
If you have become isolated, take a wise step toward trustworthy community. Partnership does not remove your responsibility; it helps you carry it well. Progress is richer when it includes mutual care and shared faithfulness.
Confession of Faith
Receive wise support and give faithful support. Grow with people you can honour and trust.
