Tetelestai—It Is Finished

Tetelestai—It Is Finished devotional design
John 19:30When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, He said, It is finished: and He bowed His head, and gave up the ghost.
Today marks the beginning of ATTC26—A Thousand Times Conference. Our theme, TETELESTAI, means “It is finished.” These were not words of defeat; they were Christ’s declaration of complete victory. Through the cross, Jesus fully paid the price for our redemption. Sin was judged, the power of darkness was defeated, and the way into God’s presence was opened. We are not struggling to complete what Christ left unfinished. We are called to believe, receive and live in the reality of His accomplished work. Because it is finished, you can walk free from condemnation, fear and spiritual bondage. You can approach God confidently, knowing that you have been accepted through Christ. You can face every challenge from a position of victory rather than defeat. As ATTC26 begins today, come with an expectant heart. Be ready to receive revelation, experience transformation and enter new dimensions of God’s grace. The finished work of Christ is the foundation for a life of continual increase. Reflection: What burden are you still carrying that Jesus has already dealt with through His finished work?

Prayer

Father, open my understanding throughout ATTC26. Help me to live daily in the freedom, victory and completeness Christ purchased for me. Amen.
